Sponsored by Bank of Cyprus, the main aim of this seminar is to highlight the process of securing title deeds for Cyprus properties and the process of obtaining the Final Building Certificate.
There is a lot of confusion and misrepresentation at the time of purchase as to what is legal and not legal; this seminar will provide an updated insight by government officials regarding the legal process.
This seminar is specifically aimed at informing mostly foreigners buying in Cyprus of their rights because in recent media articles and through unofficial organisations there has been a lot of confusion and misrepresentation regarding Cyprus properties.
